Pro-bono Consulting Project
This project was delivered as part of Deloitte’s StepUp Program, a skill-based pro-bono consulting group with mission to enable non-profits’ organizational growth across the country.
The client was on a mission to revolutionize its organizational presence and outreach. Charlotte led a team of 5 consultants and orchestrated a series of working sessions with NPO’s executive team to glean insights into current marketing and fundraising channels with a comprehensive analysis of client’s market presence. The team formalized a list of marketing and branding opportunity areas, and provided tactical actions for implementation.

Current State Analysis
conducted comprehensive analysis of client’s website and social media channels (instagram, youtube, etc.), as well as supporting marketing tools (Mailchimp, RKD Group, Gravity Forms, etc.)
consolidated existing campaigns and fundraising events, and conducted impact analysis to inform future state prioritization
conducted communication channels analysis and existing audiences segmentation
identified 4 other similar non-profits and assessed existing market landscape for animal shelters with highlights on marketing and fundraising
